International Policies

Fees and Taxes: Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in our sales prices or shipping rates. Such charges are the buyer's responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Check with your country's customs office to determine what additional duties, taxes and fees, if any, will be added to your order.

Customs declarations: It is against the law to intentionally under-declare the value of goods shipped overseas from the US. We will not falsify customs declaration forms by marking your overseas package as a gift, sample or cheaper item, etc.

Returning Shipments: You are responsible for all shipping charges & customs taxes even if you decide to return your Wingfield Audio order. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances.
