General Shipping Rules & Policies:

  • We provide FREE GROUND SHIPPING via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for orders shipped to the continental (48 states) United States. Expedited service is available for an additional charge.

  • Orders will be shipped to International addresses via USPS Express Mail International.

  • US Customers: We will ship to your home, your place of business, or another residence address.

  • International Customers: We will ship to your home or to a USA residence address.

  • We ship our products within 1-2 business days of your order. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

  • We do not ship to: hotels, motels, resorts or P.O. boxes.

Sales Tax

If your order is shipped to a destination within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, state law requires that sales tax be added to the purchase price, not including any shipping charges. If you have resale or tax exempt status, please make your order by Phone, Fax or E-Mail.

Orders shipped within Massachusetts are subject to a 6.25% state sales tax. This tax is not a VAT, and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home. We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of Massachusetts.

Expected Transit Times*

  • Standard Ground U.S. (Contiguous 48 States) :
    2 to 5 business days after shipping.

  • Non-Contiguous 48 States U.S. :
    5 to 25 business days after shipping.

  • Expedited 2nd-Day U.S. :
    2 business days after shipping

  • Express Mail International :
    3 to 10 days after shipping (not including customs clearance)

Special Order Items

Special order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Subject to availability, the estimated arrival time for most special order items delivered to Wingfield Audio is 7-14 business days.

Wingfield Audio reserves the right to drop ship your special order item directly from the manufacturer whenever possible. You will be charged for special order item(s) at the time you place your order.

PayPal

If you want to pay for you order with PayPal, add your items to the shopping cart. At checkout, you can select PayPal as a payment method.

We will only ship to a PayPal confirmed address and the shipping address entered into our shopping cart must match the PayPal confirmed address.

Warranties & Repair

All items sold by Wingfield Audio are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor. All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service.

Wingfield Audio is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY WINGFIELD AUDIO

Wingfield Audio will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Wingfield Audio's liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

Our Guarantee

At Wingfield Audio, our goal is to do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Wingfield Audio within 15 days of receipt of your order (subject to the rules and policies set forth below), at which time we'll happily exchange it for another item or refund the full amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping charges), whichever you prefer.

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unregistered, in their original box, and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Wingfield Audio within 15 days of receipt of your order, at which time we'll happily exchange it for another item or refund the full amount of the original purchase price less actual shipping charges, whichever you prefer.

To return an item, contact us to obtain prior approval and an RMA number.

All merchandise purchased from Wingfield Audio is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer or distributor. Therefore, it can be returned only if it is in the original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards.

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only.

Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

No Returns or Exchanges On:

  • Consumable items (e.g., batteries, chargers, flash media, etc.) once opened; or
  • Special Order merchandise.

Rules & Policies:

No returns will be accepted without an RMA #. Contact us or call 815-550-8840 for an RMA#.

Wingfield Audio reserves the right to refuse any merchandise returned without an RMA# or charge a restock fee of not less than 20% on any returned merchandise, at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

Refunds on returned items will be credited to the same payment method that the purchase was made. If it was paid by check, the refund will only be made by check after 10 business days have elapsed from the date of purchase.
